We Tip Hotels is the owned and powered by Hotel Guest Management Inc. All tips are placed in a pool and distributed to the staff members of that hotel or location for that department after processing fees and administrative fee have been deducted. These fees will not exceed 15% of the total tip amount.
No irrevocable tip, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances, the tip would jeopardize the staff financial security.
The We Tip Hotels will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of tips and will encourage tippers to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The We Tip Hotels will not accept tip of cash or publicly traded securities. Tips of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the We Tip Hotels.
The We Tip Hotels will provide acknowledgments to tippers meeting tax requirements for property received by the tipper as a tip.
The We Tip Hotels will respect the intent of the tipper relating to tips for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous tips, We Tip Hotels will restrict information about the tipper to only those staff members on a need-to-know bases.
We Tip Hotels will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a tip or a tipper to We Tip Hotels.
